| From July, 12th to August, 3rd Elke and I have been in Corse. It was a
very tough trip as we only used trains and our bikes, which is really a hard job in Corse
- sometimes it seemed to us that there isn't a single meter of flat ground on this
"wild beauty" as the isle is often called. You wonder what Binedo means? Well ...

The Col de Vergio is the highest point you can reach on a street in Corse. It was a
big effort (especially for Elke: we already had a lot of miles in our legs) to ride it. |
| Tavignano |
Corse is highly frequented by "randoneurs" which is french for hiker. So we
also did a little walk into the wonderfull valley of the river Tavignano. |
